Job description

You will join GIT, the Information Systems Department of Crédit Agricole CIB, within the Corporate Banking IT line and Financing IT department. You will support the DIAMS team in operational maintenance and ongoing IT developments. DIAMS is used by the front officers of the Debt Restructuring Advisory Services department and is intended to replace the current SIGAD application. Development is delivered by a team in Singapore using Agile methodology.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Studying business requirements and conducting workshops with business teams to understand and analyse needs.
• Writing detailed functional specifications through user stories.
• Defining test sets through scenarios described in user stories.
• Testing deliverables provided by developers.
• Assisting with user acceptance testing.
• Communicating and reporting to stakeholders.
• Providing level-three functional support, including bug analysis, reproduction and tracking, and participating in production incidents.

Regular travel to Montrouge is expected, while the position is based at SQY Park in Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.

Candidate profile

You have an engineering or computer science background, specialising in IT, and preferably an initial experience in functional analysis. A Bachelor degree or equivalent is required.

Hard skills: SQL Server, proficiency with Microsoft Office, fluent French and English.

Soft skills: Rigour, sociability, curiosity and team spirit.

Contract details

Internship/trainee position, starting 19 October 2026, for a duration of six months. Minimum experience: 0–2 years.
