Business Analyst (with German)

Your project

Business & Technology Solutions (BTS) is a team of business analysts, IT architects and project managers supporting clients in designing, planning and conducting digital transformations. The team bridges business objectives and IT solutions, defining requirements and helping implement changes that improve or transform business processes.

Your tasks

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
• Define business requirements systematically as user stories.
• Take responsibility for the business side of implemented functionalities.
• Lead and facilitate meetings and ongoing communication with clients.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.

Your profile

• Proven experience in business analysis within IT projects.
• Experience in requirements analysis.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills supported by logical thinking.
• Experience working with internal and/or external clients.
• Good communication skills and flexibility in collaboration.
• Good understanding of agile software development methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, distributed team.
• Good command of German (B2+) and English (B1+).
• Highly responsible, well organized, proactive and eager to learn and grow.
