Your role
We are looking for Junior Trade Support Analysts to join our team in Lisbon in a hybrid work environment. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing operational support to Money Markets and ALMT trading desks.
- Monitoring and controlling post-trade activities, ensuring accurate trade booking and settlement.
- Performing reconciliations and investigating and resolving transaction breaks and discrepancies.
- Supporting funding and liquidity management processes.
- Liaising closely with Traders, Middle Office, and Back Office teams to ensure data accuracy and smooth operations.
- Monitoring risk and control requirements and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Contributing to timely reporting in a fast-paced, high-volume trading environment.
Your profile
- Academic background in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of financial markets, including financial derivatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
