Main Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Draft functional specifications.
• Ensure effective communication between business and IT teams.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in functional analysis and writing requirements specifications.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of the healthcare domain.
• Ability to facilitate and lead workshops.
• Working proficiency in French.

Expected Deliverables

• Detailed functional specifications.
• A well-structured product backlog.
• Regular progress reporting.
