What will you do?
- Assess, analyze, and evaluate business processes and user needs in a rapidly changing technological environment.
- Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and design systems that align with business strategies.
- Translate customer requirements into user stories and high-quality software designs.
- Advise on process improvements and IT automation strategies.
- Create workflow diagrams and charts, analyze system capabilities, and write specifications.
- Manage and prioritize requirements backlogs and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and refine customer requests.
- Review current practices and propose system adjustments for improvement.
- Support team efforts and contribute to achieving team goals.
What do you bring?
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Management.
- At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate constructively with business process owners and translate complex requirements into workable solutions.
- Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Certification in one of the following: IREB, BCS, BABOK, or ISQI.
- Preferably, experience across different industries such as public sector, financial services, or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of BPM, UML, workflow diagrams, and TOGAF.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of APIs, integration tools, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Fluent Dutch language is required.
