Position Summary
As a Facilities Management Tririga Application Analyst, you will play a role in both client and internal project teams supporting Building and Grounds. The Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Analyst will act as a Maximo System Administrator, writing and modifying Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) reports, troubleshooting Maximo application errors, configuring Application Designer, and managing cron tasks.
- Work with internal clinical subject matter experts, managers, supervisors, directors, staff clinicians, IS analysts, and vendors.
- Resolve bugs and conflicts.
- Use Maximo tools and applications, including Application Designer, BIRT, and Escalations.
- Support configuration management for a Maximo Enterprise Asset Management CMMS system in a Maximo 7.x environment.
- Support Maximo CMMS system deficiencies, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Support and maintain multiple Maximo environments.
- Review and analyze business and technical processes and requirements, identify areas for improvement, and troubleshoot issues through analysis and direct support.
- Work closely with a Logistics Operations Center supporting a diverse customer base.
- Develop script automation for the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
- Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot IBM WebSphere Server.
- Manage database structures by monitoring and adjusting internal structures as required.
- Define, establish, and perform regular backups of designated databases.
- Plan, design, create, install, customize, upgrade, and maintain databases.
- Perform database and software upgrades to new release levels.
- Document databases and deployed applications.
- Provide training for new users and new application products.
- Perform DoD database security technical implementation and documentation for Oracle databases and IBM WebSphere.
- Assist clients with Maximo user account issues.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Two years of experience with Maximo 7.5 and/or 7.6.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SQL, XML, and Java.
- Hands-on experience with Maximo development tools and applications.
- Experience with database configuration, cron-based scheduling, workflow, and BIRT.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Maximo.
- Experience documenting processes and conducting application training for end users.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, organize projects and tasks, multitask, meet deadlines, and make sound judgments.
- Strong initiative and expertise working with large integrated applications.
This position will report to the Executive Director of Business Applications.
