Job description
Branch Manager is in charge of the overall responsibility for the branch’s operation and risk management, including:
- Managing the overall direction and control of the branch.
- Overseeing the operations and functions of the branch.
- Acting as a general representative of the Bank in the geography.
- Implementing business goals set by senior management.
- Ensuring compliance obligations and relationships with the local regulator.
Senior Banker
- Manage a portfolio of core corporate clients in China.
- Develop lasting and profitable global relationships for the Bank with clients and strengthen its position against competitors.
- Develop Net Banking Income after liquidity costs.
- Ensure business mix quality through cross-selling across products and geographies using the full CACIB and Crédit Agricole Group service offering.
- Optimise resources, including RWA and liquidity.
- Maximise profitability.
- Focus on Prime and Invest corporate clients in the portfolio.
- Take a purely opportunistic approach to Respond clients.
- Monitor the risk profile of the client portfolio.
- Report regularly to management on major events, including business opportunities, commercial incidents, significant changes in client profitability and risk profiles, and administrative issues.
Head of Branch Compliance
- Ensure the bank strictly abides by local and global financial management policies and regulations.
- Execute internal rules and enforce internal controls.
- Remain aware of relevant regulations and guidelines issued by local regulators.
- Take reasonable steps to contribute to fraud prevention and AML control.
