Job Description
The role involves developing and supporting RPA solutions using Blue Prism and UiPath.
- Design solutions against business requirements.
- Support colleagues through all phases of the RPA delivery lifecycle and accreditation program.
- Mentor colleagues through RPA solution development and support.
- Identify process opportunities, assess feasibility, and estimate new processes.
- Analyse, understand, and document business processes.
- Perform feasibility studies and identify gaps.
- Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
- Analyse business requirements and develop functional and non-functional system requirements.
- Support UAT verification, operational roll-out, UAT, and SIT.
- Follow coding, security, design, review, and release best practices.
- Deliver within estimated timelines and provide quick issue resolution after go-live.
- Perform proof-of-concepts for proposed automated solutions.
- Administer the Blue Prism live environment, including running processes, viewing logs, and maintaining resource PCs.
- Maintain quality and change-control processes.
- Document automation-specific solution designs and identify technical infrastructure requirements.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with Blue Prism and UiPath.
- Working knowledge of Process Studio, Control Room, scheduling, work queues, change requests, bug fixes, and process enhancement.
- Experience in development, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Blue Prism Professional and UiPath Developer certification is preferred.
