Job description

In the context of its development, you will join the six-person UHNW Indosuez team and be responsible for:

• Directly developing a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients, including family business leaders, shareholders and private investors, with wealth exceeding €100 million or financial assets exceeding €20 million. The annual net inflow objective is €100 million.
• Retaining clients by proposing tailored solutions through comprehensive knowledge of the Bank’s products and services, using a 360-degree approach.
• Identifying and attracting new high-potential clients through intensive direct prospecting and a network of qualified introducers, including notaries, lawyers, accountants and family offices, in coordination with the rest of the bank.
• Collaborating with areas of expertise and sharing knowledge to ensure collective success.
• Receiving daily support from a private banker and a Client Service Officer so that you can focus primarily on business development.
• Acting as an ambassador for the Bank in the region’s economic and social life by actively developing your network, including fintech, e-health, liberal professions and major real-estate investors.
• Strictly complying with internal and external regulations and procedures.

Profile

Postgraduate degree or equivalent, with training from a leading business school or university in finance and/or wealth management. Minimum five years’ experience in private banking, wealth management or the financial sector serving wealthy clients.

Required skills include excellent knowledge of the regional economic landscape and a network of qualified introducers, an entrepreneurial and methodical results-oriented approach, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, expertise in wealth engineering, corporate finance, listed and unlisted markets and financing solutions, and fluency in French with good knowledge of English.
