What you'll be doing
- Help keep the store running smoothly behind the scenes by ensuring stock is properly located, deliveries are processed quickly, and the stockroom is neat, tidy, and safe.
- Plan and organise bi-yearly stocktakes to maintain accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
- Monitor sales performance and help organise the stockroom accordingly.
- Keep the back-of-house area clean, organised, and safe.
- Lead stockroom processes with speed, accuracy, and stock protection in mind.
- Handle inventory movements between stores and the warehouse accurately and on time.
- Maintain stockroom supplies and ensure the area is ready for work.
- Process deliveries quickly and keep the shop floor fully stocked.
What you'll need
- Experience in retail, fashion, footwear, or FMCG is advantageous.
- Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
