Job Description

Technical

• Expertise with the Axway Product Suite and other Managed File Transfer products, with one programming language or scripting language.
• Autonomous with one database and good understanding of SQL queries.
• Autonomous with Unix, Linux, Red Hat, CentOS, AIX or similar platforms.

Operational

• Flexibility to work shifts supporting US, EMEA and APAC regions.

Soft Skills and Experience

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer or front-office engagement experience.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate learnability.

Desirable

• Knowledge of network protocols and security, including encryption, authentication and certificates.
• Exposure to middleware technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Axway MFT products such as XFB, Gateway and SecureTransport.
• Knowledge of SSL, encryption, keys and certificates.
• Strong knowledge of AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS and HTTP/S data communication protocols, with expertise using a gateway tool.
• Experience with Trading Partner Profile Management and configurations.
• Understanding of databases and experience with SQL.
• Cloud awareness, including GCS or S3, and troubleshooting, logging and debugging skills.
• Exposure to cloud, managed services or product support at L2/L3 level.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes and container-based technologies.

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech. in Computer Science or IT, or M.C.A.
