Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation

Ensure correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the GBS center according to GBS policies, procedures, and guidelines. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control as a self-directed worker for a specific service area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SAP database privileges and integrate business roles between SAP Identity Management and SAP Access Control.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Provide access for multiple SAP production systems.
• Maintain Local Authorization Coordinator and role owner details in the SAP system and organization data.
• Generate daily reports and ensure smooth access provisioning and necessary follow-ups.
• Reach out to multiple stakeholders for authorization and role-level management.
• Manage users and their accounts, providing access based on segregation-of-duties requirements without conflicts.
• Identify and fix segregation-of-duties violations and critical access issues.
• Assign software licenses and keys as requested.
• Provide the right level of access, including view and edit permissions.
• Procure software as requested from the authorized third party, SoftwareOne.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Good knowledge of access and license management tools.
• Good knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow and Ariba.
• Good knowledge of SAP through proven work experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good English level.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

• University degree in IT, Business Information Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of governance and access management experience.
• Experience with SaaS management tools and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies.
• Broad and deep theoretical understanding of the job function.
