Your profile
- Valid experience of 6 months in the HR domain
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Slovenian, minimum B2
- High school diploma
- Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members
- Strong analytical skills for reporting
- Positive team player
Your role
- Respond accurately to clients’ queries via phone, live chat, email, and case management systems
- Process, maintain, and administer HR transactions and provide support across talent development, mobility, workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, HR helpdesk, and remuneration
- Process movements including transfers, relocations, international mobility, and organization structure changes, as well as leave and absence requests
- Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures
- Manage assigned parts of the process according to Capgemini methodology or an agreed transition plan
- Update process documentation, process maps, procedures, and other documentation within agreed timeframes
