Your Role

• Respond to client queries accurately via email and case management system.
• Process, maintain, and administer HR transactions and provide support across talent development, mobility, workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, remuneration, and related areas.
• Process movements including transfers, relocations, international mobility, and organization structure changes, as well as leave and absence requests.
• Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures.
• Update required process documentation, including process maps and procedures, within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool.
• Liaise with third parties, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.

Your Profile

• Good verbal and written communication skills, with English and Slovenian at minimum B2 level.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to cooperate smoothly with other team members.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting.
• Positive team player.
