As a Nike Assistant Store Manager, also known as an Assistant Head Coach, you’ll lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store growth and community partnerships.

Qualifications
- Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
- Three years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Proven ability to use tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
- Ability to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Lead a team and keep store functions running seamlessly
- Attract, assess, and onboard future teammates
- Equip store employees with the tools needed for their daily responsibilities
- Lead store team and business results, including budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, people leadership, and management
- Manage the product lifecycle from the stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor
