Assistant Store Manager – Nike Camarillo

NIKE, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager, referred to as an Assistant Head Coach, for the Nike Factory Store Camarillo.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver an excellent customer experience while ensuring team members feel included and supported. You will use retail expertise to drive store growth strategies, build community partnerships, and represent Nike's culture of sport and service.

Qualifications

• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
• Three years of leadership experience
• Ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to use tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
• Ability to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and keep store functions running seamlessly
• Attract, assess, and onboard new teammates
• Equip store employees with tools needed for their daily responsibilities
• Lead store team and business results, including budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, people leadership, and management
• Manage the product life cycle from the stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor
