Assistant Store Manager – Nike Aventura

NIKE, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager, referred to as an Assistant Head Coach, for NIKE Aventura in Aventura, Florida. This full-time role requires 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire the store team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Recruit, assess, onboard, and develop high-performing team members.
• Equip employees with the tools needed for their daily responsibilities.
• Lead store business results and critical metrics, including budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership.
• Manage the product life cycle from the stockroom through visual merchandising and the sales floor.
• Build community partnerships and support store growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Three years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to use conflict-resolution and employee coaching and counseling tools.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
