Position
The Assistant Store Manager will be expected to lead from the front and inspire success in all areas of people management and store management.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze performance data and make necessary adjustments to drive commercial success.
- Effectively manage all retail operations within a fashion store environment.
- Role model and lead the team in customer service and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations.
- Guide and train team members on brand product knowledge and customer service.
- Coordinate team members to execute and maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
- Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
- Share best practices to drive overall store team performance.
Requirements
Applicants should have a solid retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. Candidates should be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Retail leadership experience in men’s or women’s apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.
