Qualifications and responsibilities
- Possess and consistently exhibit the competencies relative to the position.
- Operate personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other software packages.
- Understand profit and loss statements and store KPIs to make commercially sound decisions.
- Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead discussions in diverse groups of varying sizes.
- Work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members while setting and maintaining high performance standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Manage a team and work a flexible schedule, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Travel domestically by car and air as needed.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Four-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
