Assistant Store Manager - Harbour Town Factory Outlet Adelaide, SA

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join the Harbour Town Factory Outlet in Adelaide on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be an efficient, proactive leader with a connection to sport and a passion for working for a global brand.

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in leading the team and managing store operations while maintaining high standards of performance, customer service and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor and analyse performance data and make adjustments to drive commercial success.
• Effectively manage retail operations within a fashion store environment.
• Model excellent customer service and lead the team to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Guide and train team members on brand product knowledge and customer service.
• Coordinate visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
• Coordinate efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
• Share best practices to improve overall store team performance.

Requirements

Applicants should have a solid retail sales background and a proven track record in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. You should be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Retail leadership experience in men's or women's apparel or sports footwear will be highly regarded.
