We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our busy Factory Outlet in DFO Moorabbin on a full-time basis.

We are looking for an experienced retail leader who will maintain high standards for themselves and their staff. The Assistant Store Manager will lead from the front and inspire success in people management and store management.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Store Manager in:
- Managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience
- Monitoring and analyzing performance data and making adjustments to drive commercial success
- Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment
- Role-modeling customer service and leading the team to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Guiding and training team members on brand product knowledge and customer service
- Coordinating team members to execute and maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
- Coordinating efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock-to-floor process
- Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance
Requirements
To be successful, you will have a solid retail sales background and a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Retail leadership experience in men's or women's apparel or sports footwear will be highly regarded.
