What You’ll Do
As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager, deputizing when required, in managing the daily operation of the store to ensure our customers have an amazing experience. You will maximize sales, maintain store standards, motivate your team, and drive store sales to achieve targets.
You will manage inventory, move product in accordance with customer demand, and use commercial insight to understand trends and order merchandise daily to drive sales.

What You’ll Bring
- Four years of prior experience in retail leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is typical for this role.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, including experience developing high-performing teams and future leaders.
- Ability to analyze reports and guide teams to improve commercial performance.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders and motivate teams as a role model.
- Experience delivering excellent customer service and store standards through clear expectations, coaching, motivation, and recognition.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, including the ability to work to agreed timescales.
- Experience managing or supporting resourcing planning and scheduling.
- Key Holder experience, including emergency call outs, securing the property, and securing cash and stock.
- Experience maintaining a safe and efficient workplace in line with EHS and operational policies and procedures.
- Effective oral and written communication in English with managers, supervisors, hourly colleagues, and customers.
The pay range for this role is $71,760–$91,720. This is a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum pay for the role at the time of posting. The base pay rate may vary based on factors including geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
