We are seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join the Canberra Factory Outlet on a full-time basis. This role suits an efficient, proactive leader with a connection to sport who wants to work for a global brand.

Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze performance data and make adjustments to drive commercial success.
- Effectively manage retail operations within a fashion store environment.
- Model excellent customer service and lead the team to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Guide and train team members on brand product knowledge and customer service.
- Coordinate visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
- Coordinate efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
- Share best practices to improve overall store team performance.
Requirements
Applicants should have a solid retail sales background and a proven record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales. You should be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Retail leadership experience in men's or women's apparel or sports footwear will be highly regarded.
