NIKE, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager, known internally as an Assistant Head Coach, to join its retail team.
Responsibilities
- Cooperate with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience and deliver service excellence.
- Coordinate, support and supervise a diverse team, including recruitment, development, performance management and staffing.
- Implement operational excellence processes and tools to reach sales targets, optimize services, improve consumer satisfaction, and increase efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee departments such as Commercial, Athlete and/or Consumer Experience.
- Support the Head Coach in implementing Nike’s store strategy, including sustainability, membership and digital services.
- Provide reports about store activities, the local marketplace and consumer insights.
- Ensure the store complies with Nike standards and guidelines.
- Cooperate with business partners across stores and headquarters.

What you bring
- Passion for Nike and/or love of sport.
- Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Experience and competency in delivering exceptional consumer service.
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, evenings and weekends.
- Extensive retail experience, including management experience.
- Enthusiasm and passion for sports and/or sports fashion.
