Requirements
- Experience managing a team.
- Four-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent skills operating personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of profit and loss statements and store KPIs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically by car and air.
Physical and work requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, talking, and hearing. Employees may occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
