We’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Head Coach, Operations who can help provide above-and-beyond service that inspires Nike fans for life.
What Will You Work On?
You’ll work in partnership with your Head Coach to keep Back of House functions running seamlessly and create an environment in which employees can excel personally and professionally.
- Drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life.
- Provide leadership, people development, and feedback to elevate the team.
- Assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential.
- Care about the team and, most importantly, have fun.
What You Bring
- Passion for the Nike brand.
- Experience leading a large retail team, including stock management, logistics, rostering, development, and coaching.
- Ability to build, lead, and manage large, high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficiency.

This role works on a rotating roster, with some weekend work expected. Applicants must be available for the rotating roster.
