Position: Junior Software Developer
Level: Entry-Level / Junior

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced developers to design, build, and maintain web applications, contribute to backend services, and help deliver intelligent, AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Node.js.
• Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js.
• Assist in the development and integration of AI/ML models into production applications.
• Work with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini.
• Support data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation pipelines.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and senior engineers.
• Participate in code reviews and improve code quality and best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Use NX-Open APIs for prototyping, development, and complex solutions.
• Build and deploy projects to test environments.
• Create architecture documentation and specifications.
• Develop UI logic and quick proofs of concept using current technologies.
• Manage customer communication and coordinate meetings for technical decisions.
• Follow organizational HR and HSE policies and practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, RESTful APIs, and React.js.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas.
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering, LLM APIs, databases, Git, and Agile/Scrum.
• Strong knowledge of C#/.NET, VB, NX, NX applications, NXOpen/UFUNC APIs, HTML, XML processing, and scripting.
• Good knowledge of AI and deep learning.
• Experience with CAD/CAE customization, preferably Siemens NX.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience building or fine-tuning machine-learning models.
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines or vector databases.
• Exposure to MLOps tools, cloud AI services, Docker, and DevOps practices.

Required Experience

3–6 years of relevant experience. Education: B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech from a reputed university.
