Key Responsibilities
- Participate in infrastructure project delivery, deployment, installation, configuration, and validation activities.
- Perform physical installation and maintenance of infrastructure equipment in office and data center environments.
- Analyze and troubleshoot incidents involving hardware, Windows and Linux servers, VMware/ESXi virtualization, storage and SAN environments, network connectivity, and infrastructure services.
- Monitor infrastructure environments and collaborate with SOC teams to identify, investigate, and resolve incidents.
- Manage vendor and manufacturer support cases, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance.
- Support upgrades, migrations, expansions, business continuity, and disaster recovery initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, inventories, diagrams, and operational records.
- Participate in on-call rotations and operational support activities.
Technical Requirements
- Experience with corporate infrastructure administration.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux.
- Knowledge of VMware/ESXi virtualization, storage and SAN technologies, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and networking concepts.
- Knowledge of hardware components, firmware, BIOS, RAID, and remote management tools.
- Knowledge of high availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with office and data center infrastructure technologies.
