Key Responsibilities

• Participate in infrastructure project delivery, deployment, installation, configuration, and validation activities.
• Perform physical installation and maintenance of infrastructure equipment in office and data center environments.
• Analyze and troubleshoot incidents involving hardware, Windows and Linux servers, VMware/ESXi virtualization, storage and SAN environments, network connectivity, and infrastructure services.
• Monitor infrastructure environments and collaborate with SOC teams to identify, investigate, and resolve incidents.
• Manage vendor and manufacturer support cases, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance.
• Support upgrades, migrations, expansions, business continuity, and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, inventories, diagrams, and operational records.
• Participate in on-call rotations and operational support activities.

Technical Requirements

• Experience with corporate infrastructure administration.
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux.
• Knowledge of VMware/ESXi virtualization, storage and SAN technologies, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of hardware components, firmware, BIOS, RAID, and remote management tools.
• Knowledge of high availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with office and data center infrastructure technologies.
