Job description
You will join the Information System Risks IT division, within the FX stream, and support the BO FX IT delivery team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in application support for FX Back Office and Treasury information systems.
- Analyzing incidents and requests raised by Middle Office and Back Office teams.
- Contributing to incident monitoring and resolution in coordination with IT teams.
- Participating in the automation of application support activities.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of applications and support processes.
Profile
You are studying at university or business or engineering school, specializing in Information Systems or Computer Science. A first experience in capital markets, application support, or banking information systems is desirable.
Required skills include knowledge of capital markets activities; SQL, Oracle and/or Sybase databases; capital markets software; ITIL; Excel; Access; CI/CD; unit testing; Microsoft Office; and fluent French and English. Curiosity, autonomy, initiative, anticipation, and the ability to cooperate are also valued.
