The role reports to the Credit Risk Analysis & Drafting Department and is responsible for analyzing credit requests submitted by business units, assessing associated risks, and preparing reasoned opinions.
- Analyze balance sheets, perform necessary restatements, and assign an appropriate rating.
- Present counterparty risk requests to management and/or the Bank's Credit Committee, emphasizing counterparty risk assessment.
- Draft documents related to commitments using existing templates.
- Set up and monitor credit transactions and collateral.
Profile
Postgraduate degree or equivalent, with a Master's degree in finance, economics, private or international law. At least three years of prior experience in credit risk, ideally in the Monaco market.
Strong writing and analytical skills, synthesis ability, teamwork and initiative are required. Knowledge of financial analysis, banking techniques and products is appreciated. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of another language is an advantage. Confirmed proficiency in office tools, including Excel and Word, is expected.
