The Risk and Permanent Controls Department contributes to managing LCL's development by supervising, managing and controlling risks arising from the bank's activities in line with its strategic plan. It relies on seven areas of expertise to manage and oversee risks across the bank's business lines.

You will join the Corporate and Institutional Credit Risk sector within the Risk and Permanent Control Department.

Within a team of Credit Analysts, your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing credit applications for all types of financing, including working capital, standard investments, structured finance, LBOs, real estate and renewable energy financing, in collaboration with the Front Office.
  • Issuing an opinion that serves as the basis for the decision made by the delegated authority.
  • Ensuring compliance with LCL's risk framework.
  • Participating in the coordination of the business line through cross-functional thematic work and contributing to the wider life of the Corporate and Institutional Credit Risk sector.
  • Promoting the sector's culture, based on close collaboration with the Front Office to identify optimal financing arrangements for corporate clients.

Profile

Postgraduate degree (MA, MSc, PhD, doctorate or equivalent) from a university, business school or engineering school, or ITB qualification.

Knowledge of the corporate market, including sectors, products and types of financing.

3–5 years of experience.

Required skills include critical thinking, rigor and reliability, analytical, writing and summarizing abilities, organizational and planning skills, and strong communication skills.

Basic financial English, particularly for reading documents.

This is a hybrid position. The role has no management responsibilities and is classified as non-executive.
