AI Architect - Copilot & Agentic AI

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with 10+ years of architecture experience and 3+ years in AI solutions to lead enterprise AI and Copilot transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of solution or enterprise architecture experience.
• 3+ years of AI architecture and implementation experience.
• Experience implementing and scaling Microsoft/GitHub Copilot.
• Expertise in agentic AI and autonomous workflows, prompt engineering, Python development, RAG, vector databases, and cloud-based AI deployments.
• Experience defining AI governance, standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI architecture, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Design and implement autonomous agent workflows and Copilot-driven solutions.
• Establish prompt engineering strategies, reusable prompt libraries, and guardrails.
• Architect RAG solutions and AI orchestration frameworks using Python and technologies such as LangChain.
• Drive enterprise Copilot adoption, productivity measurement, and AI best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise AI adoption and change management programs.
• Experience building productivity accelerators using Copilot.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, governance, and production deployment practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The total compensation range for this role is $105,000–$135,000 USD.
