Your responsibilities would include

  • Managing all aspects of delivering the complete solution/product to secure business value optimization.
  • Confirming business requirements, solution architecture, and project boundaries, including alignment with Product Teams.
  • Defining and managing projects to optimize business value.
  • Ensuring business requirements are translated into solutions and products aligned with IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and current Product Team products.
  • Monitoring and reporting planning, progress, business value, dependencies, impediments, financials, and risks in accordance with Agile ways of working.
  • Developing and managing execution, deployment, and transition plans across Product Teams, functions, and operating companies.
  • Proactively identifying, managing, and mitigating risks and impediments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Defining, planning, requesting, and securing resources and skills to meet project and programme requirements.
  • Ensuring a consistent way of working within the Agile Project Management team.
  • Ensuring business transitions are guided professionally and aligned with D&T, Functional Domains, Competence Centers, and Regional IT Leads, while monitoring transition progress.
  • Driving and managing projects in an Agile manner and promoting collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility as an Agile ambassador.

You are a good candidate if you have

  • A Master’s degree.
  • Preferred Agile Programme Management certifications, such as CSM, PMI-APC, or APMG.
  • A professional qualification in a structured, industry-accepted Agile project management methodology, such as Advanced Practitioner and/or Managing Successful Programmes Advanced Practitioner.
  • Proven experience leading transformational projects, developing centralized capabilities, and migrating and deploying them to operating companies across multiple geographic locations, time zones, and cultures.
  • Experience in business transformation and change management, including process redesign and target operating model optimization.
  • Experience managing external vendors, resources, and contracts.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
  • Fluency in English.
