Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) - NEW Melbourne Central Premium Concept Store, VIC

We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our new Premium Melbourne Central Halo Store in Melbourne, VIC.

The Floor Operations Supervisor (3IC) supports the store leadership team in achieving net sales and an optimal consumer experience within an adidas Halo store.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and direct the Halo store floor team to achieve sales, membership and shrinkage KPIs and targets.
• Maximize resource allocation and execute processes that drive profitability.
• Drive a selling and service culture through sales execution strategies, product knowledge and training.
• Support a performance culture by achieving personal expectations and targets, analysing store performance and providing prompt feedback.
• Coach, motivate and inspire the floor team to accomplish store goals and maximize individual performance.
• Collaborate with peers to share best practices and drive retail performance.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards and adequate shop-floor replenishment.
• Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock-to-floor process.

Preferred experience

• Retail team leadership in men's or women's apparel or sports footwear.
• Visual merchandising.
