We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for the adidas store at DFO Moorabbin in Victoria on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with:

• Achieving store targets and an optimal consumer experience through staff productivity and an active selling environment.
• Role-modelling service and selling standards while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
• Representing adidas brand values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Executing and maintaining visual merchandising standards and adequate shop-floor replenishment.
• Training and coaching team members in service skills and foundational, seasonal, brand, and product knowledge.
• Coordinating team members to ensure efficient inventory processing and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
• Sharing best practices to drive overall store team performance.

Experience highly regarded

• Retail team leadership in men’s or women’s apparel or sports footwear.
• Visual merchandising.
• Stockroom procedures.
