The opportunity
We are looking for an Administrator: Maturities to join our Operations team. The role manages the end-of-term process for Agility customers from initial engagement through vehicle grounding and settlement of end-of-term charges, while protecting the financial interests of MBFS SA.
Key tasks
- Manage the end-to-end maturity process for Agility customers approaching contract expiry.
- Act as the primary customer contact for end-of-term enquiries, concerns, escalations and complaints.
- Coordinate voluntary pre-inspections and final inspections with DEKRA.
- Coordinate vehicle grounding with Mercedes-Benz dealerships and maintain accurate records.
- Review inspection reports and administer excess mileage, damage and other end-of-term charges.
- Respond to customer queries and support dispute resolution.
- Build effective relationships with the Direct Sales Team, dealerships, DEKRA, customer service, collections and other stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and perform ad hoc administrative activities, including fee waivers and portfolio reporting.
Qualifications and experience
- Two to three years of work experience in financial services, banking or insurance.
- Experience in a financial services legal and collections environment is advantageous.
- Matric / Grade 12 plus relevant experience.
- NCA, FICA or FAIS accreditation is advantageous.
- Knowledge of asset-based finance and applicable litigation processes and legislation.
- Assertiveness, conflict management, planning and organisational skills, communication skills, problem-solving, negotiation, interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
