ADAS Sensor Calibration Engineer 智能驾驶传感器标定工程师
Mercedes-Benz Digital Tech Ltd.Shanghai, China (Hybrid)
Tasks
Act as function owner for end-to-end sensor calibration, including EOL, after-sales, and online calibration, across current and next-generation ADAS/AD systems.
Define calibration requirements by integrating inputs from production, workshop, and real-world customer driving behavior. Align technical specifications with hardware and software suppliers to ensure robust lifecycle delivery and defect-free calibration performance.
- Define the overall calibration concept and strategy covering production-line, after-sales/workshop, and online/in-field calibration.
- Ensure consistency of calibration logic, accuracy targets, and fallback mechanisms across all scenarios.
- Establish calibration interface definitions with ADAS perception and sensor abstraction layers.
- Align calibration infrastructure and system setup with production and after-sales teams, including calibration stations, service tools, workflows, automation levels, quality gates, procedures, and user guidance.
- Define and align technical specifications for calibration algorithms, parameterization, sensor hardware capabilities, software architecture, interfaces, data formats, communication protocols, and parameter exchange mechanisms.
- Track supplier deliverables, software releases, updates, calibration parameter versions, and issue closure against project milestones and SOP-critical gates.
