Tasks

Define the ADAS functional requirement and be responsible for the corresponding ASPICE processes and documents.
Lead system and software development for ADAS functions based on defined requirements, in cooperation with internal and external function development teams.
Implement the feature rollout plan and delivery milestones, coordinating with the PM and Carline teams.
Lead the integration and validation process and be responsible for function release approval.
Lead issue-solving processes, including tracking and analysis of top issues.

Qualifications

Master's degree or above in vehicle engineering, robotics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of work experience in AD/ADAS system or software development.
Development experience with active safety functions such as AEB and LSS.
Experience executing projects in the automotive industry.
Hands-on development experience with AD platforms such as ROS, Autoware, or Apollo is preferred.
Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills; German is beneficial.
Skill in MBD using MATLAB, Simulink, or dSpace toolkits, or in C++ programming and scripting languages such as Python, is preferred.
Experience with ASPICE SYS.1–SYS.3 system requirements.
Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels.
Independent and proactive working style, with willingness to travel inside China and abroad for system testing.
Good driving skills are preferred.
