Drive order book execution activities by ensuring sales demand will be fulfilled on time and in full. Ensure a high level of customer service while fulfilling on-time delivery for all distribution channels to meet Go to Market dates. Maintain continuous follow-up actions to achieve the required KPI targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Account for fixed assets and intangible assets and prepare primary documentation.
- Account for capital repairs, including initial valuation, subsequent valuation, and write-off.
- Perform monthly depreciation accruals.
- Submit statistical reports on fixed assets in a timely manner.
- Participate in preparing the tax register for fixed assets for corporate income tax purposes.
- Establish and process bank payments.
- Account for cash transactions in the bank based on statements.
- Prepare applications for store cash collection, install and maintain POS terminals for accepting bank cards, and process non-cash refunds to customers.
- Account for cash collection transactions and reconcile cash in transit with in-store accounting database data.
- Prepare applications for opening and closing transaction passports, credit payments to accounts, and reconcile with the bank on repatriation matters.
- Communicate with bank employees on current matters.
- Oversee the opening and closing of current, transit, settlement, deposit, security, and other accounts.
- Maintain bank account agreements and confirm account balances with the bank monthly.
- Plan cash flow monthly.
- Organize the timely financial closure of the accounting section.
- Generate reports to the National Bank and submit them within established deadlines.
- Monitor travel expenses for retail personnel.
- Monitor the legality of entertainment expenses incurred by retail personnel.
- Monitor the preparation and accounting of expense reports.
- Monitor the timely closing of accountable amounts.
- Compile a tax register of travel expenses for corporate income tax purposes.
- Write and update policies and procedures within the relevant area.
Knowledge and Abilities
- Higher education in accounting.
- Two or more years of experience as an accountant in the relevant area; experience in an international company is an advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting entries for the relevant area.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and legal regulations for the relevant area; knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.
- Confident Excel user.
- Multitasking, stress resistance, accuracy, attention to detail, and responsibility.
- Intermediate English level.
