What you'll do
- Collect business requirements through working sessions and develop solution proposals aligned with requirements and technical feasibility.
- Develop user stories with business rules, definitions of done, and definitions of ready.
- Develop and monitor mockups, models, or prototypes to ensure visual designs align with user stories.
- Validate technical feasibility with Architecture, Information Security, Legal, Data Privacy, and Development teams.
- Create end-to-end process flowcharts and analyze business processes from functional, operational, technical, data lifecycle, and revenue perspectives.
- Participate in demos and SIT/UAT testing, ensuring agreed scope is met and business processes are not impacted.
- Participate in Joint Solution Design and support knowledge transfer and training of new team members.
What you'll bring
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with flowcharts, business requirements gathering, user stories, and mockups, models, or prototypes.
- Experience creating end-to-end process flowcharts.
- Advanced English or bilingual proficiency.
- Work-under-pressure, quality-focused, and results-oriented soft skills.
