• At least one month of experience in a sports or fashion customer- and commercially focused retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and the tools used to interpret them and drive sales.
• Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment through visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• A team-player attitude, resilience, eagerness to learn, and curiosity.

Your activities

• Maintain high merchandising and housekeeping standards and replenish sales floors within assigned areas.
• Connect with, engage, and inspire customers as an adidas brand ambassador.
• Work collaboratively and support merchandise management, deliveries, and replenishment to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership of your learning by completing applicable training and applying it on the shop floor.
