• At least one month of experience working in a sports or fashion retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret them to drive sales.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Team-player attitude, resilience, eagerness to learn, and curiosity.
• Good communication skills in English.

Your activities

• Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management, including deliveries and replenishment, to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership of and be proactive in your learning by completing applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor.
