At LCL, moving forward means carrying the ambition of a team serving our customers and your territory. As Branch Manager for the retail market, you are LCL’s strategic and human pillar in your territory. You embody the entrepreneurial energy at three levels: customers, team and profitability.
You are responsible for the commercial momentum, team cohesion and overall performance of your branch.
- Establish LCL within the local economic fabric and build privileged relationships with key local stakeholders.
- Manage and support your team of retail and private customer advisers, developing individual and collective performance.
- Define action plans, lead the branch’s commercial activity and develop the retail and private customer portfolio through retention and prospecting.
- Ensure branch profitability by optimizing resources and operational processes.
- Guarantee strict compliance with banking rules and procedures, including risk management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Confirmed management experience in a bank branch, or several years of experience in private or professional banking expertise.
- 3–5 years of minimum experience.
- Leadership, strategic vision, commercial acumen, risk and compliance management, interpersonal skills, teamwork, digital proficiency and adaptability.
