Main responsibilities

  • Develop and actively retain a portfolio of professional clients through targeted prospecting and expert advice.
  • Identify and support clients’ professional and personal projects, including financing and investments.
  • Analyze and manage financing needs while ensuring careful management of risk and the overall profitability of the relationship.
  • Coordinate internal experts in wealth management, real estate, and corporate banking to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Regularly visit clients to understand their businesses, strengthen relationships, and assess the impact of your work.

Recruitment process

The process includes an Assessfirst questionnaire, a telephone interview with an HR recruiter, an HR interview, and an interview with a business manager.

Profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a specialization in banking or corporate finance. At least an initial experience, including an internship or work-study placement, in banking and serving professional customers is required. The role is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience.

You should be able to analyze balance sheets and income statements, assess professional risks, understand wealth management, build trusted client relationships, identify commercial opportunities, evaluate financing strategies, work collaboratively, organize client files, and use digital tools effectively.
