Act as the technical lead and software domain architect for the ZCU platform, responsible for defining, governing and evolving the end-to-end software architecture and software technical solution within specified time, quality and cost targets.
Define the ZCU software domain architecture and platform solution across application, service, middleware and operating-system layers, aligned with the zone-oriented E/E architecture and vehicle network topology.
Make and govern key technical decisions across AUTOSAR AP/CP, hypervisor, SOA, SOME/IP, DDS, IPC, CAN/CAN-FD, Ethernet and LIN.
Lead architecture reviews, technical evaluations and trade-off analyses; identify, escalate and resolve architectural risks, dependencies and technical blockers.
Steer technical direction with the engineering team in a matrix setup and lead implementation from a technical perspective, ensuring architecture conformance and quality.
Collaborate with vehicle architecture, E/E architecture, cybersecurity, functional safety and domain teams on interfaces, service decomposition and design.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, electrical engineering, automotive engineering or a related field.

8+ years of embedded software development experience, including 3+ years as a software domain architect or technical lead for automotive domain-controller or zone-controller products.
Solid experience in E/E architecture and zone-oriented vehicle network design, with deep understanding of ZCU software platforms.
Experience defining and governing software architecture across heterogeneous technology stacks.
Deep knowledge of AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive, hypervisors and virtualization.
Strong understanding of CAN/CAN-FD, Automotive Ethernet, SOA, SOME/IP, LIN and middleware or service frameworks.
Familiarity with ASPICE, Agile/Scrum, ISO 26262 and ISO 21434.
Experience in supplier technical management, model-based development and architecture-description tools such as Enterprise Architect, PREEvision, UML or SysML.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to steer technical direction in a matrix organization.
Excellent verbal and written English capability.
