Responsible for the infotainment or ADAS ECU and interface with the vehicle team.
Lead and manage documentation for all component release-relevant activities.
Ensure the change management process meets Mercedes-Benz standards and quality guidelines while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
Ensure the industrialization process follows the component release process and conforms to production requests from the carline and plant.
Ensure flawless component product launches that comply with the carline buildup timeline.
Act as the major interface for after-sales and quality teams to support return-parts analysis and field-campaign triggers.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Vehicle Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
More than 3 years of R&D experience in information technology, telematics, connected vehicles, or EE architecture in passenger-car projects.
Design-release experience in component or vehicle production lines.
Deep knowledge of infotainment or ADAS product release and industrialization.
Good knowledge of the whole infotainment or ADAS lifecycle production process.
Strong planning and organizational skills; a collaborative attitude is mandatory.
Self-responsibility, teamwork, very good communication skills, and presentation skills.
Fluency in Chinese and English; additional German is helpful.
