Working Student UX System Design (m/w/d/x)

Your tasks

As a Working Student UX System Design (m/f/d/x), you support our Design System Team in designing and further developing our digital products.

• Support the conception, expansion, and maintenance of the central component library in Figma.
• Define and manage design tokens.
• Create appealing graphic assets and marketing materials.
• Promote and present the Design System.
• Maintain Design System documentation visually and substantively, keeping content current and clear.
• Collaborate with experienced designers and developers from various disciplines in an agile, international product development team.

Your profile

• Study Interaction Design, Communication Design, Information Management and Corporate Communication, or a comparable degree program.
• Have solid knowledge of and practical experience with Figma, including creating and maintaining libraries, using variants and properties, and applying design tokens.
• Are proficient with common graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Have basic knowledge of 3D design tools such as Blender, which is a plus.
• Ideally have initial experience with generative AI to support design processes.
• Have a strong sense of aesthetics, usability, and consistent branding.
• Are motivated to develop innovative design solutions in an agile team.
• Have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
