Working Student Corporate Governance Team (m/f/d/x)

Your tasks

As a Working Student in the Corporate Governance Team (m/f/d/x), you support the team in handling requests from the business units relating to compliance, integrity, data protection, the management of external workers, and corporate governance.

You contribute to conceptual tasks in the areas of compliance, integrity, data protection, the management of external workers, and corporate governance. You also support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal controls, health checks, audits, risk analyses, and management reporting.

You assist with maintaining, structuring, and evaluating documentation, records, process documentation, guidelines, presentations, and decision-making documents. You support training, awareness, and communication activities by preparing content and creating presentation and communication materials.

In addition, you contribute to the further development and digitalization of governance processes and support the team with organizational tasks and coordination across various interfaces.

Your profile

• Proven excellent German and English language skills.
• Complete application documents, including a cover letter, CV, transcript of records, certificate of enrollment and, if applicable, residence permit or work permit.
• Currently studying Business Law, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Informatics, Data Protection, Compliance Management, or a comparable degree program.
• Interest in corporate governance, compliance, integrity, data protection, internal control systems, and regulatory topics.
• Good understanding of structured processes, accurate documentation, and transparent decision-making processes.
• Confidence using Microsoft 365, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, with an interest in digital tools and AI-supported work.
• Careful, reliable, responsible, structured, independent, and proactive working style, with an enjoyment of analyzing topics in depth.
• Communicative and team-oriented, with confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
