Tasks

The Supply Transport Center is responsible for planning and operating Mercedes-Benz AG's company-wide transport networks for finished vehicles, materials, and returnable packaging flows.

The working student role focuses on company-wide network planning and the operational management of global vehicle transports, providing insight into the control and planning processes for finished vehicles.

• Communicating globally with internal and external process partners, locations, and transport service providers
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis of transport and transshipment processes
• Evaluating and analysing operationally relevant transport and performance parameters
• Preparing, conducting, and following up on planning workshops

The position can begin in October 2026.

Qualifications

• Studying business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable course with a focus on logistics or transport management
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken
• Confident use of MS Office
• Commitment, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and strategic approach
