Tasks
The Supply Transport Center is responsible for planning and operating Mercedes-Benz AG's company-wide transport networks for finished vehicles, materials, and returnable packaging flows.
The working student role focuses on company-wide network planning and the operational management of global vehicle transports, providing insight into the control and planning processes for finished vehicles.
- Communicating globally with internal and external process partners, locations, and transport service providers
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of transport and transshipment processes
- Evaluating and analysing operationally relevant transport and performance parameters
- Preparing, conducting, and following up on planning workshops
The position can begin in October 2026.
Qualifications
- Studying business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable course with a focus on logistics or transport management
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office
- Commitment, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Analytical mindset and strategic approach
