Weekend Retail Assistant Rotterdam Alexandrium
As a Retail Assistant at Primark, you help customers have a great shopping experience by assisting with sizes, styles and purchases while keeping the store neat and organised.
You provide fast and friendly service at the tills, process returns and cancellations, receive and check deliveries, place products on the shop floor, ensure items are correctly priced and maintain Primark’s high standards.

What you will do
- Help customers with sizes, styles, purchases and returns
- Keep the shop floor tidy, shelves full, fitting rooms neat and the stockroom organised
- Provide a fast, friendly and efficient till experience
- Process requests, cancellations and returns
- Receive, unpack and check deliveries
- Place products on the shop floor, ensure correct pricing and maintain high standards
What we are looking for
- Enjoyment of working with people and creating positive experiences
- Honesty and strong communication skills, including listening and sharing ideas
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A motivated team-player attitude and willingness to learn
- An interest in fashion and the latest looks
- Ideally, some experience working in a busy retail environment
